Biography
I am approaching 20 years of experience marketing homes throughout Suffolk County. My real estate career started that day I became interested in investment properties and not too long after that I realized real estate was my passion. My business specialties vary from listing residential properties, condo/co-ops, land, new construction home/development sales, commercial sales/rentals and rental income properties. I primarily cover Suffolk county on both the north and south shores. In my 19-year career I have completed over 1000 transactions.
The one thing that sets me apart from others is my honesty and my work ethics. My hard work and dedication have awarded me with a large referral base and repeat customers who have used me as their agent for multiple real estate transactions. I am very knowledgeable in trouble shooting and solving obstacles that arise during transactions (ex. Permit issues, missing CO’s for decks, basements, etc.). I excel in negotiations.
I was born and raised in Port Jeff Station and am currently living in Miller Place with my wife and four children. I owned the Ridge Deli for over 16 years and my contacts from the deli helped to jump start my real estate career. My wife and I then opened our own real estate companies in Coram and Ridge and successfully ran them for over 10 years. Over the years we merged with Century 21 and after several years affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Mt Sinai.
Coldwell Banker is a superior brokerage with an outstanding reputation which I am proud to be a part of. I have received numerous Top Producer awards from Century 21 and have received multiple awards and recognitions from Coldwell Banker.
I sit on the board and also serve as Vice President of the Home Owners Association in Strathmore Ridge. My involvement there stemmed from my desire to better the community, and help increase property value in the area. My goal is to help Strathmore become a thriving family friendly community. The board has already made great strides in helping Strathmore to become financially stable.
